Hi guys, Linda here. I've been online for a long time on various websites and so I thought it was about time that I created my very own blog. So here I am!!! Feel free to browse through and read all of the magnificent stuff that I have to say.
So many people ask me how I keep so trim. Especially when they see that I eat whatever I want. In fact, the usually ask the quesion when I'm stuffing my face with cake. Well, the answer is I do just exercise regularly. I work out at least every 2 days and make sure that it is a good tiring session.
I do a lot of cardio and I also use resistance bands for... well resistance :-)
Actually when it comes to these bands, I want to share a link with you all (as that's what bloggers do). www.healthster.co.uk/top-5-resistance-bands/ is what got me looking at resistance bands in the first place.
